Do you have a shop?

No, at this stage DressMyLegs do not have any physical stores and are based solely online but we do ship to most countries.


How can I contact you?

The best way is to talk to us in our live chat room (open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays) or e-mail to info@dressmylegs.ie – this way we can deal with all your questions and queries quickly and efficiently.

You can also send us a letter or complete our online Contact Us form – click here for more details.

We do not have a dedicated call centre at this stage - corresponding via a live chat room or by e-mail costs us considerably less and we are able to pass these costs savings onto you by having lower product prices on our website.


Do I have to open an account to shop at DressMyLegs?

No, you can checkout and pay for your order as a guest, without having to register an account. However, opening up an account is quick and easy and does not require any additional information other than a password, which will let you enjoy all the benefits of a registered customer, such as collecting 5% worth of loyalty points for your next shop! 


I forgot my DressMyLegs account password

Simply go to the My Account page, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’, enter your e-mail address and click on the ‘Retrieve Password’ button. A new password will then be directly e-mailed to you, to allow you to log into your DressMyLegs account. Once you have logged in you can change your password if you wish.

Please note that, for security reasons, our customer service team can't see your password, so they won't be able to confirm it for you.


Do you do wholesale?

Yes, at DressMyLegs we are proud to be an exclusive importer and distributor of Cecilia de Rafael and Veneziana hosiery brands on the island of Ireland. We are now looking to extend our hosiery offering in Ireland through a small number of carefully selected exclusive multi-brand boutiques specialising in ladies’ fashion, accessories or lingerie.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

DressMyLegs is an online hosiery retailer and all the items that you see on our website are available to purchase. Simply add the items you like in the chosen size and colour to your cart and proceed to the checkout.

If you are a new customer, you can checkout and pay for your order as a guest or create an account with us and collect 5% worth of loyalty points for your next shop. If you are an existing registered customer, you must enter your login details.

 

Can I pick my order from your warehouse?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse at this time.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We offer 2 options for paying for your order in our online store: with your credit/debit card directly on our website or via PayPal by being re-directed to PayPal website. With PayPal, you have further 2 options: you can pay with a credit/debit card without the need for a PayPal account or pay via a free PayPal account.

Your safety is our priority: all sensitive information sent between your computer and our servers during the checkout process is automatically encrypted by Comodo SSL certificate so it's not exposed to potential fraudsters. Whether you choose to pay with your credit/debit card on our website or via PayPal page, your financial information, such as a credit card number, is never shared with DressMyLegs.

 

Which cards do you accept?

We accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express), in addition to paying via your PayPal account.

 

In what currencies can I pay?

DressMyLegs is an Irish based company and we list all our prices in Euro €. If you are paying from a bank account located outside the Eurozone, you will be charged at the current worldwide exchange rate which is determined by your card issuing bank, not DressMyLegs.

We have a currency conversion tool at the top of each page on our website where you can view our prices in the most commonly used international currencies, however, these rates are approximate and are on the conservative side.

 

When will my card be charged?

If the payment is authorised by your card issuer, your credit/debit card will be charged as soon as you place you order and you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming the details of your order. If the payment is not authorised, you will be advised of this immediately, either directly on our website or by PayPal while on their page.

 

Is VAT included in your prices?

As an Irish based VAT registered company, we list all our prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 23%. However, if the delivery address for your order is located outside the European Union, the VAT amount will be deducted from your shopping cart at the checkout.

The correct delivery charge for your destination and postal service is applied based on the monetary value of your shopping cart after the deduction of any discounts, promotional codes, loyalty points and VAT (for non-EU transactions).

How does your packaging look like?

All DressMyLegs orders are sent in plain un-branded packaging.


My order hasn’t arrived yet, where is it?

If you have received an e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched, it means that your order left our warehouse the same day and is being delivered by An Post.

Unfortunately now and then delivery can take a little longer than expected and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for your order. If you are ordering items for a special event, audition or show, please allow sufficient time to avoid disappointment.

Please wait at least 5 working days for Irish orders and 10 working days for international orders for your order to arrive. If by this time your package still has not arrived, please contact us immediately by emailing info@dressmylegs.ie and we will replace your order in full.


Do I have to pay import charges and duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods and their value, and some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, however, BFPO orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered to their final destination. To make sure that your order arrives safely, please ensure you enter delivery address details as follows:

  • Title: enter the rank and service number
  • First name / Last name: enter the full name
  • Address: enter the company, regiment, location and country
  • Country: always select United Kingdom
  • Postcode: enter the BFPO number (e.g., BFPO 123)


Can someone else sign for my delivery?

There is no requirement to sign for delivery of your package, whether you choose our An Post Standard or An Post Express service.

 

What happens if I’m not going to be there when my package arrives?

This will depend on the procedures of your local postal services. Normally, if the package can fit through your letter box, it will be left at your address even if no one is available to accept the delivery.

If the package cannot fit through your letter box and no one is available to accept it, the package will be returned to your local post office for delivery at a later date or collection by you within a prescribed number of days. In any case, the carrier will leave you a card with instructions on how to obtain your package.


I've only received part of my order, what's happened?

While every effort is made to dispatch your order complete, we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items. If we are out of stock of a particular item or do not have the quantities you would like, there might be a delay in dispatch of these items.

When you add an item to your basket, it will state whether the item is in stock or is expected in our warehouse within a certain number of days. Items that are in stock will be dispatched as normal with the rest of the order being dispatched once all the remaining items become available.

There is no additional delivery charge for ordering items that are not currently in stock.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

I want to return my order, what shall I do?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Items must be returned unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, labels and tags still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Pack your item(s) along with your DressMyLegs invoice or a note quoting your order number, product name, colour and size – if this information is not included, it could delay your exchange or refund.

All products will be inspected on return – those that do not comply with the provisions above will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

You must contact us via our live chat support or by e-mailing info@dressmylegs.ie prior to returning any items within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

Pack your item(s) along with your DressMyLegs invoice or a note quoting your order number, product name, colour and size – if this information is not included, it could delay your exchange or refund.

All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid. However, if there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded.

There are many ways that you can find a perfect pair at DressMyLegs. First of all, you can click on the tabs across the top of the website and shop for a particular product type (e.g., tights or hold-ups) or a particular brand. You can then use the filter on the left to narrow down the search results by a particular style, size, colour or feature.

Alternatively, use the search function at the top of the website to type in specific keywords, such as ‘sheer tights’ or ‘black tights, and find the desired products this way.

 

How do I choose the right size for me?

Selecting hosiery that fits properly is one of the best ways to ensure its maximum comfort and wear.

All product descriptions contain a link to the Size Guide for that particular brand or style which gives height, weight and hips ranges for each size for various brands. If you are at the upper end of a size range, or are a proud owner of longer than average for your height legs, we always advise to get the next size up for maximum fit and comfort.

I need more information about a product

We try our best to include as much information as possible about each product on our website including a general description, a list of features and the reviews from the customers who have previously purchased this item. However, if you do need more information, please get in touch via the contact us page or talk to us in our live chat room (open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays) and we’ll be happy to help.


The item I like is out of stock - will you be getting any more in?

We normally re-stock very popular items as soon as possible, however, some styles (especially the fashion lines) are seasonal and are, therefore, discontinued by manufacturers when the new collection is out. Such items will be removed from our website altogether as soon as we sell all the stock.

If we are out of stock in a particular shade and/or colour in our classic range, it’s likely to be re-stocked quickly. In this case, you can avail of the ‘Notify me when available’ function on our website (find it on individual product pages) whereby you can set an e-mail alert when a particular item becomes available again.


The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

No, unfortunately we cannot reimburse you the difference after you have placed your order. We always try to keep our prices as low as possible, however, from time to time some products could be discounted or offered as part of a special deal. The best way to find out about such promotions in advance is by signing up to our newsletter or following us on the social media.
